Data protection declaration

I agree that the TTC 1990 Hof e.V., as the responsible body, will process and use the personal data collected in the declaration of accession, such as name, first name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number and bank details for the purpose of member administration, collection of contributions and the transmission of club information by the association. Furthermore, names and first names are stored in connection with the registered training times for the purpose of the training registration due to the requirements regarding the Covid 19 pandemic. A transfer of parts of this data to the respective sports federations and the Bavarian State Sports Association (BLSV) takes place only within the framework of the purposes specified in the statutes of the professional associations or the BLSV. These data transfers are necessary for the purpose of member administration, for the purpose of organising a game or competition operation and for the purpose of raising public funds. Furthermore, I hereby give my consent to the taking of pictures of my persons in the context of events of the association as well as to the use and publication of such images for the purpose of public reporting on the life of the association. Upon termination of membership, the personal data will be deleted, insofar as they do not have to be retained in accordance with the tax regulations. Each member has the right to information in accordance with Article 15 GDPR regarding the data stored about him/her with the person responsible for the TTC 1990 Hof e.V. In addition, each member has the right to object to the storage of data that do not have to be retained within the scope of the legal requirements for certain periods of time, within the framework of the provisions of the GDPR for the future. Furthermore, each member has the right to rectification of incorrect data under Article 16 GDPR as well as the right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR, unless legal provisions conflict. In addition, each participant has the right to restrict processing under Article 18 GDPR as well as the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR. In the case of the right of access and the right of cancellation, the restrictions under Sections 34, 35 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG n.F. also apply to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR in conjunction with Section 19 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG n.F.).
